Everyone is possitive, nice, and extremely polite. They treat their costumers very well. The costumer service is exceptional. The ceo himself is often around the facility, very modest, and talks to the costumers. The food is great, very walkable area, and everyone is always willing to talk, and make suggestions. The facility of the hotel, is very good, old, stone and wood, visitors should be aware of the acoustics. It does give 100% the village feel, and the traditional Albanian welcome. The place was clean, well maintained, and the staff always asked if we need something.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the room overlooking the beach. I had a wonderful time there with my family. The host Giovanni was helpful, kind, respectful and accommodating in every way. I highly recommend him.

Also they have an infinity pool in the garden and lots of olives trees. They also have and a free espresso machine and some books(in Albanian)The prices are very reasonable as well which makes it great. 10/10 would recommend

Good location on the way south to berat. The room was spacious, very clean, a comfortable bed with a good size shower. It is on the main road but the room was very quiet. Very professional and kind staff. We also recommend the restaurant for a very good breakfast (the grow the vegetables and therefore very fresh) and a great dinner. Parking is available and easy.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean,cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the tv connected to internet, the bathroom clean and spacious.Outisde the room, the children enjoyed the garden and playing with the animals. The dog and cats were very lovely.We were free to pick frutis from the trees. The food was authentic, bio and homemade from the grandmother of the house. The owner was friendly and very welcoming.We experienced a really village life during this weekend.
