The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

Location - perfect, couple of minutes walking to the old bazar . Breakfast - done with love, fresh and contains everything the body needs . He was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about our stay. After we made the reservation, he contacted us right away to share useful information about how to reach the hotel. He also gave us great tips about the city, which really added value to our trip. Although the hotel is within walking distance to the city center, Maradona kindly drove us there himself and picked us up at the time we requested. Since some members of my family are older and could have gotten tired walking, this gesture was deeply appreciated. The rooms were very well-maintained with a nostalgic charm, and the breakfast was satisfying. Overall, it was a warm and memorable experience thanks to both the hospitality and the comfort.

This accommodation was incredible! The owners were so kind and hospitable, the view was so special and rooms were perfect - such great quality and had everything you need. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is amazing, just a short, beautiful work into town. Honestly couldn’t fault anything, the value for money is incredible, genuinely 100% recommend this to everyone planning a stay in Gjirokastër!
