The hotel was excellent, clean, and brand new. the view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast is located at the back of the hotel Plaza berat, it's called hotel gega the sister company, it takes 1 minute by walk, this is only for temporary as their breakfast lounge is still under construction and will be ready by next year. I would like to thanks all the staff at this hotel they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, namely Roza, Katerina, Rudi, they were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. And to all the housekeeping thank you for making up my room very well, I loved the convenient location close to major attractions, restaurant and bar. I will definitely come back here again!
