He helped us get the exact right room. Imran from the concierge was the first person who greeted us when we alighted the taxi and the last person to put us back to the taxi home. Great staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel, we stayed at a villa which was incredibly spacious and fully equipped. The pool is huge and, like the rest of the hotel areas, it wasn't crowded at all.
