The host Kim went out of her way to accommodate me and the stay at the lodge. I was greeted with a cold beer at their modern Lappa. The facilities are modern and clean with everything you need to self cater so the braai in the evening was very nice overlooking the bushveld and the sound of the river

The property's location was perfect. It was so peaceful with magnificent views and a gorgeous trail through the forest, along a little river. The host was friendly and helpful. The facilities were more than we needed, and the indoor fireplace was a bonus.
