A lovely, vibrant, and gorgeous boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, beautiful decor with wonderful quality linen and furniture! The pool was refreshing on a hot summers day, and was so inviting. The duty managers were very welcoming and helpful in booking activities for us in and around Hoedspruit. The hotel is very central, and is within close proximity to excellent restaurants, as well as many private game reserves with options of Morning and evening safaris of which the hotel will arrange and book on your behalf. There are also many other activities to do within and around Hoedspruit. Would definitely recommend, and can't wait for our return! Thank you Khiwane, and your lovely team. Lastly, our breakfast included in our stay at the Harvest House Restaraunt was divine! 10/10, with many options.

We thought we were only going to crash for a night after a long flight and before starting a safari the next day, but we were absolutely mind blown by how amazing everything was. Perfect location in the middle of what is called "Wildlife Estate" which gives you a chance to see wild animals strolling nearby (we almost saw all the same animals we saw on the safari strolling around the lodge), this is an astounding place with a beautiful room which makes you feel you're in a dream! Last but not least - Ruan and Jenny were very friendly and informative on things to do, and even gave us recommendations about Cape Town which was our next stop. For a small fee, we pre-arranged dinner (which was delicious and cooked by one of their chefs) and transfer from the Hoedspruit airport as well. Communication was easy and Ruan was very responsive. It was such a shame that we only spent one night - had we known how calm and beautiful it all was, we would have 100% extended our stay. So sad to have left but I rave about it. There couldn't have been a more perfect welcome to South Africa.

Our stay at African Flair Safari Lodge was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and immersion in nature with breathtaking surroundings. The whole hotel is immaculately designed, combining luxury with an authentic African touch. Every detail—from the decor to the comfort of the bed — shows how much care and passion goes into this place. The meals were absolutely outstanding: fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor like in a restaurant. Our host, Alet’s attentiveness and natural kindness added a truly special touch to our stay. Her discreet yet exceptionally thoughtful care made every moment feel effortless and comfortable.

I liked the reception we had. I also met out guide whose name means "Hapiness". We then had an exquisite dinner under the stars with the owners. The food was so good I went for "seconds" (and therefore missed out on the dessert!). We loved the breakfast because we were by now friends with other guests - from Brazil and Saudi Arabia. It was a great experience

The lodge is absolutely incredible, the decoration is on point, the setting is amazing and the food very good! But what makes your stay also incredible is the staff, especially Caroline who makes you feel like home and the owner who makes sure everything is perfect for you! The real gem here was our host Kathy. She went above and beyond to ensure we not only enjoyed our time in Hoedspruit but also helped us with our planned travel in Kruger. She even followed up with us to make sure all went well. The room was a little tight especially with luggage and backpacks. Good size bathroom with lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Table and chairs outside. Good parking and very secure.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful view from the bedroom. stuff are super friendly and helpful, Intern Hiroko make contact with us before we arrive to check ETA etc and another assistance was waiting for us in the parking while we arrived . Plenty of animal activities around the camp. Parking area is close to the rooms. Visit to the Rehabilitation center is really convenient and close by.

Private Pool, beautiful environment, great location, nice braai area, fabulous large covered parking area. Washing machine a great add on. No loadshedding at venue and stunning outside showers.
