The front desk staff upon check in was incredibly courteous. The room was comfortable, quiet, and easy to navigate. The spa was fabulous. The pool was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The amenities available in the spa were excellent. I had a massage and it was calming. The breakfast option was delicious.

The price was very good according to other hotels, breakfast was very tasty, staf was very welcoming. The restaurant on the top of hotel has a really nice view. I hope they keep it this way. Next time I'm going back there for sure 🙂 Toilet had shampoo, clean towel, hairdryer, there was an Iron and a desk in the apartment, also TV.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of Prishtina. Everything was very clean and there was enough space. Self check-in was also very uncomplicated, as was the communication with the host. I would definitely come back.
