Everything. Excellent service, in every way very well managed place with great eye for details and an atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Our room was so comfy, cleaner than clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The whole lodge is beautiful with lots of cozy places to relax. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, everything we had during our 4 days was super delicious (also lots of yummy vegetarian options). There is no real beach but easy water access and lots of hammocks, chairs, lounges and sunbeds right by the sea overlooking beautiful turtle bay. Location was also a huge plus for us. Not too far from champagne beach, close to the blue holes and not too far from Luganville and the airport either. Having a rental car was great for us, but the lodge offers lots of tours, so it’s not a must have here. Finally the staff was just amazing, from housekeeping to restaurant/reception staff or the management itself - everyone was so friendly, helpful and did just a great job. This was not the most expensive place we stayed in in the south pacific region but by far the best so far. One of our favorite spots ever (and we do travel a lot all over the globe). Highly recommend!

The staff went out of their way to look after you. Kathy was great even doing our laundry. Whilst the property is a little out of town very easy to get a bus or taxi. Locally operated and great value for money.

Our host Esline was super nice and kind, giving us an upgrade and inviting us for a delicious dinner prepared by her. The housekeeping lady Lina and his family are so nice and sweet and they made our stay amazing. Ginger the dog is very nice too :) the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, right in front of the villas there is a nice and accessible spot for swimming (there is a wreck too), when the sea is calm it is a nice place to snorkel. This is the perfect place to stay. At first, I was a bit disappointed it wasn't closer to the resort so we could walk there for meals, but it took me only moments to realise how wrong I was and this place was a hidden gem! This gorgeous spot has the most beautiful beachfront with some incredible snorkelling. It was just bliss. Getting to the resort for some of our meals was still accessible and easy, as our hosts could drop us off and pick us up for a small fee. I am so glad I brought over some food from the main island; I wish I had packed more because there were great cooking facilities! If you are bringing kids, make sure you bring some card games, soccer balls and other little things because you won't want to leave!

Chef has 20 years experience on cruise line, menu was exceptional. All staff were friendly, efficient and happy. Accommodation was very comfortable, including bedding and pillows. Continental breakfast was included. Lovely pool and bar, outdoor dining, gardens. Location was convenient, bakery across the street. Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.
