The balcony views were great for chilling. It was lovely to see how haphazardly eclectic the cityscape was. The rooms were spacious with lots of space for moving around, and great lighting from the balconies. Air-con also cooled the room sufficiently for a cozy stay. The rooftop also featured a small pool and quaint seating among some greenery, which is a good way to start breakfast or have a good coffee time. Location-wise, the hotel is accessible to main tourist streets where food and chill experiences are around. Also not far from the Imperial Citadel, which makes for an easy and cheap Grab ride. Service was impeccable even though we only stayed for one night. Front staff was very generous about recommendations to Hue, and we felt warmly welcomed by them. It also reflects in their post-experience service as the staff dropped me an email to request for feedback directly.

This was a lovely accommodation in Hue and we felt we were being welcomed into the family home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect being in the centre of town but away from the noise. We were given great restaurant recommendations, and were cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great staying here! The staff has been wonderful helping us with transfers, motorbikes and all our needs. Beds are superb, best we had in Vietnam, rooms are clean with fridge, balcony and hairdryer and they also provided free coffee and tea. The bar has a very good selection of beer, unexpected! Also the position is pretty cool, in the center. The guy of the reception is very nice and kind. I hope to come back here one day, we definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys😁

Great location, steps away to Hue downtown, but tucked in a peaceful and quiet alley away from most of the hassles of a big city. Plus, there's free street parking right in front of the house. The host was very attentive to our stay, and made us feel at home. Highly recommended and will always come back here!

The location is awesome & next to the Citadel entrance, great accommodation & shower/kitchen/entertainment area. Secure parking at the doorstep was also great. Friendly staff.

The location is great. It is nearby a lot of restaurants and a night market. The staff was very friendly and supportive during our stay; she sent us a lot of recommendations for F&B/ things to do. Note: The place doesn't have a parking lot, so your motorcycle will be outside at night, and we weren't comfortable with it in the beginning, but the staff helped us to lock it at night. Also, there was some noise on the street at night because it's in a central location, so be minded if you are a light sleeper.
