The staff were exemplary! They saw my wife's face had a rash at check-in and before we made it to our room, we were met by another staff member who had cut up fresh aloe vera for her. They continued to do this everyday and check with her to see how it was improving. This helped her rash greatly! The staff were super friendly and we're there for your every need. They even helped us book a tour after we had left to stay in Da Nang. They arranged for us to be picked up at our new hotel. Simply amazing! We are visiting from Canada, and don't see this type of service ever! The facilities are wonderful. We had a Calm Bungalow #601. It was very large. Everything was to our liking, other than the bed was a little firmer than we care for. A minor detail. We mentioned it at check out and they were almost upset we didn't say something earlier so they could fix it for us. They have a Shuttle that will take you to Old Town , and An Bang beach. We used this all the time and didn't use a Grab during our stay. We used the free bicycles to check out the area and to go to the Coconut Boat rides.

The hostel is perfectly organized, they offer lots of events for a good price, there is a swimming pool, the location is great, the breakfast has plenty of options and the rooms are nice. Since the pool bar is pretty close to the rooms, and the nights are loud at the hostel, it’s worth to have earplugs for sleeping.

SON HOI ANN BOUTIQUE Hotel Hoi An has Big spacious room. Clean bed n bed sheets. Bright and beautiful local views from my windows. Friendly staff fr reception, to cafe and porters. Like the free use of good quality, clean bicycles. I cycled all over town. The breakfast spread was good and has an excellent choice of local food. Son hotel ocation was excellent. Can walk to old town and major shopping areas. The river oso nearby and pleasant place for evening walks..more importantly you will feel safe walking in Hoi An. Defintely a must visit again place and rank above bali. Must mention th several coffee cafes amidst paid fields, besides river and in the water lillies pond. Having coffee in such natural surroundings is magical. Room rates of Son Hoi An Boutique was unbelievably good and surely beats hitels in many other destinations in South East Adia. Suggest fly into Danang and immediately go to Hoi An...hotel and food much cheaper than in Danang.. Communication in cafes, restaurants, shops and passerbys not an.issue as most can speak abit of english. So come to Hoi Ann Vietnam for your next hol. You will not regret it.

If you go to Hoi An i would highly recommend you this hotel. Aside for the fair price per night, the included breakfast is really nice, the room is clean and with a lot of light thanks to the balcony. The distance to the center is close enough to go walking and is way nicer to stay a bit away from the center due to the noise, people and traffic. They also offer free bicycles with the rice fields just next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and speak good english. We had read about a lot of hotel scams in vietnam (fake reviews) so we want underline that our review is 100% real and what we experienced.
