I was curious when I saw the ratings/number of votes. But it was indeed impeccable! The price was a really good deal as we got a room with balcony. The motel is very close to Chau Doc market and Lady Temple (Miếu Bà Chúa Xứ) at Sam Mountain. Their motorbikes are all new and motor scooters. Also, they had a lot of cloth hangers in the room. The staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back!

I had an amazing experience at Khoa Homestay! First of all, the guesthouse was amazing. Spotlessly clean, big room with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you might need. Also it was so stylish and beautifully designed. Hands down it was the best place I stayed in during my 2 months trip around Vietnam and South East Asia. But the best part was meeting Vi, the owner of the place. She is such a kind and helpful person! I was planning to spend just 1 day there, but ended up staying more and had my best time in Vietnam. Vi gave me so many tips and ideas of what to do and where to eat delicious meals and I had an unforgettable experience in Chau Doc. Thank you so much Vi and hope to be back soon, Alex.

The view from our bedroom was incredible ! We were able to watch the sunset, and we loved it. A real escape in the countryside of Chau Do. The room and bathroom were also very good, clean, and spacious. Everything was functional and attentive. The location was also good for us (we had a scooter) and the staff friendly and helpful!
