The Mai House Saigon was our favorite hotel in Vietnam (and in South East Asia actually). The rooms are nice and classy, they provide luxury condiments and super-comfy large beds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great, you can reach all famous sights easly by walking. The restaurant is just extraordinary. Breakfast is an absolute feast with everything you could ask for. We also had the new years dinner which was just out of this world. Pure decadency.

Our room was very clean and located in a very quiet area. Unfortunately my daughter and I became very ill while there ( because of something we’d eaten elsewhere), the cleaning staff were superstars for cleaning up after us. I was so embarrassed but they were so lovely. If I could choose a place to be sick in then this was it. Thankyou!

The location was good, not too far from the centre. The apartment was very clean, the washing machine and dryer very handy after ten days of travelling. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. And last but not least the facilities which included a pool, a gym, table tennis, foosball, a pool table, gaming room and a play room for smaller kids were excellent! Thank you very much.

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view. Everything worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, the air-conditioning was silent, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food, including local specialties. The hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. There’s really nothing negative to report, it felt like a luxury stay at a reasonable price. I would absolutely return here on my next visit.
