Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very nice room with a king-size bed and a large window with a view of the small street. The location is in one of the older districts with many small cafes and within walking distance of the beach promenade. In the evening it is completely quiet. The housekeeper- Lady was very attentive and warm.

Everything about our stay with Palafita Bungalow was outstanding. The moment we arrived, we felt like home. The owner cared so much about us and organized everything for us (Tours, transfers, restaurants, etc). The property has a lot to offer - pool, terrace, garden, sunbeds and the view to the rice fields is simply stunning. We would definitely recommend everybody to stay here. While we were waiting for our bus, the owner texted me that I forgot my ear phones. She immediately drove over for 10km to bring them back to me and she refused to take any money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! René and his wife Ms.Nguyen always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were so hospitable and accommodating and even helped me when I was sick. The property is in a beautiful location, honestly breathtaking, and it’s close to the main attractions the caves. They also have lots of bikes and motorcycles for renting, the food was DELICIOUS and the accommodations itself were quaint and comfy.

It was a charming hotel in the center of Dong Hoi. The bathroom was very clean and the bedroom too. Staff was very friendly and cared for me. The arranged pickup for me worked out perfect and I organized a tour to Phong Na Nationalpark with them. I would definitely stay there again.
