- location - if you are not considering this place, then look: from here you have 50 minutes to the gates of the park; at this altitude you can freely visit both Kings Canyon (+10 min from the gate) and Sequoia Park (+50 min from the gate) looking east and 3.5h to San Francisco looking west - a great stop in this direction of sightseeing "big circles") - great breakfasts (the best we had in America) - despite the fact that the description on booking.com does not include this information (!) - very clean, comfortable beds - quiet - epic evenings on the veranda overlooking the river - free parking - great cookies - if you need anything 10 minutes away you have a fully equipped town kisses to Teresa&Tim who share a piece of their home

This place is super nice. We only stayed for one night and I’m sorry we didn’t organise for more. I liked the large rooms, the amazing bathroom with jacuzzi, the living room area. Comfortable and with everything you’d need as a tourist. We took the coffee outside on the terrace and we just admired the surroundings

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, making it an excellent value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Our room was spacious, featuring comfortable beds that contributed to a restful stay. The swimming pool was another highlight—truly a delightful amenity. Additionally, the breakfast options were fairly priced and offered a good variety of flavors to choose from.

Really nice staff, great accommodations, smells awesome the moment you walk in. I know that sounds weird but the place smells really clean and fresh. Also nice coffee station right at reception, there day and night. Netflix streams on big tv which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and you have elaborate control on the temp and fans. They say cats and dogs welcome... never heard cats welcome, but we have three so if we ever need to evacuate, we're coming here.
