Exceeded Expectations! This hotel far surpassed our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service. The included breakfast, while a typical American style, provided everything we needed to fuel up for the day ahead. The variety and quality were more than sufficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A standout moment was when we requested extra towels at 2 AM, and they were promptly delivered with a smile. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

The bagel breakfast was great. It was not a complete breakfast but had enough choices to set the kids up for the day. It was also a nice touch to have hot drinks available all day. The room was a great size. We booked three rooms in total and the staff ensured that these were close together. The car park was also great as we rented cars at the airport and were able to park for free.

We loved the Miami Lakes Pool House! It was perfect for us, because we were visiting my son, who lives 8 min away and we were looking for something close by. We had the big room with balcony and that was very nice! The pool is great, staff lovely, especially Maria but also the other Lady. You can use the kitchen, there is free coffee and a washing mashine too. No problems with the parking either. Shops are a 5 min drive away... We will be back!
