It’s a very beautiful and clean house exactly as we see on the pictures. The shower is amazing, the towels and bedsheets were soft and clean. The appliances are new and working perfectly. We loved the location. The compound is safe and quiet. The communication with the host was very effective. They made us feel home away from home.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and evening kickback plus daily free 3 alcoholic drinks for adults are great. Although the menu doesnt change much, its still value for money - My kids loved making their own mickey waffles at breakfast. There is also a pay-per use laundry room which we used once. The shuttle services are great too and on time. My boy also liked the arcade at level 1.

Size of room, bed, shower, pool. Also I loved the laundry room which was super useful. On top of that there was a small shopping centre at walking distance with everything you might need. Disney world is just 15 minutes away. It was simple brilliant. Did I forget to praise the breakfast?

Drury hotels would always be my preference , can be pricey but are consistently very good in terms of facilities staffing and accommodations . I would recommend them to anyone . We were greeted at check in by Andrew a very warm welcome friendly and efficient and informative of the options at this hotel a very good first impression , the hotel is quite a size but the 3 elevators keep guests moving even at peak times , the hotel is very well cared for the staff to a last always greet you with a smile and quick chat , and as have always believed no matter how good a hotel is , the staff are the key . Drury's retain their free breakfast which is always filling hot and cold items to be had , free pop corn and soft drinks in the evening and of course their evening free meal , which can save a ton of money given restaurant prices and you don't have to leave the building , given its proximity to Universal and the other theme parks its a sure hit with families the higher price is off set by free meals . The rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable everything feels solid and secure , we did have an issue with the hot water and twice the duty engineer responded within minutes to our service call , in the end we were offered a room change and up graded to a suite which was really nice a separate sitting area with tv writing desk etc , and a door to close to the bed area perfect for an insomniac like myself . I would recommend any Drury hotel and this is no exception . Again I would commend Andrew for his no nonsense style and great customer service . Ample parking in a well lit lot , swimming pool . hot tub guest laundry {$} the only missing item would be an in room safe , the rooms were spotless and housekeeping do a great job ..

Great quality for the value. For non-US visitors: you save money on famous American "continental breakfast" that you would get somewhere else :) and you can spend it on something actually worth eating in the area. Within walking distance (15mins) to Universal. another advantage is that by foot you enter the park via valet parking - avoiding queues from the main parking lot. Very close to the outlets (just across the bridge). No problem with late check-in / check-out.

It's a decent room for good money really close to Universal Studios. There are many places to eat some good food and a supermarket nearby. There's also a swimming pool and a free parking lot. It's a little big noisy because of the streets nearby but for a 3-night stay it was perfect. The room was really clean and the beds were very comfortable 😊

Good breakfast, excellent staff, free parking lot, free Wi-Fi, microwave oven, and complete kitchen inside the room which is very practical, there is a Walmart near the hotel, a CVS, restaurants. We booked one more day and they allowed us to stay in the same room.

What an amazing hotel, the layout is just perfect and every detail was on point. From the glass door mini fridge that was super cold, large safe, in room coffee, nicely designed rooms, huge parking lot, friendly house keeping, exit barriers on the car park, nice bar area in the lobby, I will be back. So much better than Hilton down the road.

We returned after a 30 year gap so nice to come back. Very helpful guy at the valet station. He sorted My car parking fee as the receptionist unable/wouldn’t sort when I had difficulties.

They offer a good all-you-can-eat breakfast for $12.99. Free parking and there's plenty of space so I never got without parking lot. Friendly staff and a nice pool area was a plus given the warm temperatures in Orlando in July. Check-in/Check-out were fast. 5 min driving to Disney's parks, specially Animal Kingdon. Theres a microwave and a small fridge inside the room. Free decent wi-fi is available.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a family with 2 kids as they had their own bedroom and bathroom. There is a free parking lot. Very central, not far from the big parks.
