The open and flexible space was both inviting and practical. Our double queen room was well-appointed and spacious, complete with a kitchenette and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dog treats at the front desk were a thoughtful touch—our furry companions certainly appreciated them! Staff and fellow guests were warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The cheese and wine hour was a lovely, sociable experience. Chatting with Dave and other guests really highlighted the genuine hospitality and heartfelt care the staff show in their interactions. It was a memorable part of our stay that truly reflected the property's welcoming spirit.

Great location, beautiful room. My husband and I stopped in here for one night during our road trip. The room was very clean and spacious. We also had our dog with us. We ordered room service and it was delicious. The breakfast was also great in the morning.

We chose this hotel partly because we've stayed here before & partly because of the staff, in particular Elaine & her lovely breakfasts. We met her last year & was very happy that she is still working for the company, she's such a lovely lady. The room was comfortable & well furnished as we had experienced last year & will return next time we're in or around Knoxville.
