Excellent hotel experience! The staff was cheerful and accommodating, and the room wonderfully clean and well-appointed, providing an abundance of towels and pillows. A blissfully quiet rest was mine. An overall sense of safety for my person and vehicle was appreciated. Bonus note: After several inches of snow the prior day, I was pleased to find the parking lot clean. I would gladly select this hotel for future visits to Kansas City.
