- When we booked our hotel, we booked a room that was pet friendly but when we arrived, they had no pet friendly rooms left. The front staff was able to make othe arrangements for us... but it looks as though we were charged twice for a pet fee still have not been able to rectify this issue. - no bed bugs!!! - good sized room, aliitle cold in the room itself

Location and ease of access in and out of the hotel. Consistently friendly helpful staff. We stay here to visit family in the Peoria area for the past 10 years or more. Its had several name changes. Previously Park Inn then Radisson. Its been very well maintained. Near the interstate but far enough back you don't hear it from your room. Reasonably priced.

We arrived late and our keys and info packet were waiting for us. Helpful informative book in the unit answered any questions we had. Nice to have the breakfast items out and ready. Loved the variety of K Cup pods and mix of quick pastry bites. I wish yogurt could have offered options for ones with less sugar and protein options like hard boiled eggs would have been available. Fresh fruit was really nice. The room was wonderful! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, extra blankets, just right soap - enough without being wasteful. Only "cherry on top" would have been if they offered a cozy robe!

The breakfast was good. While the food was usually the same, they did try and change it up daily by making things different. We were there 7 days.

Very quiet and comfy. 12:00 check out time. Everyone slept great. Breakfast was good. Delicious coffee choices.
