Graceland guesthouse, wow, what a beautiful amazing place. The staff especially Basil, were so friendly, nothing was an effort, they did everything to make your staff a memorable time. Then you visit Elvis' home, that is something I will treasure for the rest of my life. I could not believe the emotional journey I had, to stand in front of his grave tore so hard at my heart strings and then the tears flowed. Thank you all 💗

An old building converted into lofts, we loved the space and attractive, quirky decor. All mod cons though with thoughtful touches such as phone chargers on the bedside tables and a record player with records to play. Lots of space, comfy sofa and tvs in living room and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Also high quality outdoor furniture in the outside area. Really good communication from the management before and during our stay with helpful advice.

Nothing really. No microwave in room. Location looks completely abandoned and parking lot is broken and has weeds growing through pavement. Rooms SMELL! of mildew and smoke. I do not feel safe here. Before checking in I asked if there are interior hallways to which he said yes. That was completely wrong. Air conditioner does not seem to work. Room temp upon entering is 83°. Air smells musty and of mildew.

Nothing. Your cook was not there. The remote did not work. We git another one. It didn’t work either. It smelled like pot. The floor was filthy. Someone tried to bust into my son’s room. The people upstairs were screaming. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. Three men smoking pot in the parking lot. I would never recommend this place. In fact we canceled our return reservation. It was unacceptable as a Sheraton property

Magnificent lobby and bar area (where the duck fountain is) with very helpful staff. Location ideal for the central Memphis sights, including the museums and ball park (the main art gallery is not in the downtown yet but moving next year) and amazing Mississippi. Large car park for self-parking so no need to pay extra for valet, though it is a walk to the hotel from the car park. Nice (if too small) restaurant for breakfast with some truly dedicated serving staff. Swimming pool pleasant enough if small.

A very clean well designed hotel with very good sized room and bathroom Shuttle bus a bonus. We paid for valet parking but this isn’t really needed as the car park is right outside the hotel
