Great Stay at East Norwich Inn – Perfect for My Trip to New York I stayed at the East Norwich Inn while in New York for a Jiu-Jitsu competition, and my experience was excellent. I’ll be honest — I was a bit concerned at first after reading some negative reviews, but everything turned out much better than expected. The hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. There’s no breakfast, but that’s clearly stated in the booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. The place is clean, well-kept, and the housekeeping staff does a great job keeping everything tidy, including the bathrooms. We were a group and booked five rooms — all were in great condition, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are quiet and dark, perfect for resting after a long day. The staff was very kind and helpful, both before and during our stay, and communication was easy. The location worked perfectly for us. Right across the street there’s a great place for breakfast called East Norwich Bagel, plus a nearby market. It was also easy to order food through Uber Eats, and there’s an ATM close by. I definitely recommend the East Norwich Inn — just make sure you know what you’re booking. It’s an Inn, so it’s meant mainly for sleeping and resting, not for luxury amenities or full-service facilities. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and convenience at a fair price, this hotel is a great choice.
