Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Perfect for a family. Friendly owner. Very clean. Easy parking right in front. Bicycles available at no charge. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants though there is also parking available everywhere. We were absolutely delighted and had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Camp Manatee—and the name truly says it all! We were thrilled to spot real manatees swimming right in the canal in front of the house. The first sighting was a mama with her baby—an unforgettable and emotional moment for all of us. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. There were more than enough pillows and blankets to keep everyone cozy, and the garden space was wide, peaceful, and perfect for kids to roam freely. Communication with the host was excellent—she was always available via Booking App/Email and provided super helpful tips, including a great spot for a swim with the kids. A truly wonderful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed every minute!

This was truly amazing! The camper had everything you need (big bedroom, bathroom,fully equipped kitchenette). And even a big tv and big sofa chairs. Outside there was this nice place where we could bbq, build a fire and relax. And as a bonus our own swimming pool!

Exceptionally well planned accommodation with tremendous facilities as described. Well sited with many Crystal River facilities just around 10 minutes away e.g. manatees, boat trips, traditional breakfast diner, Publiks (for stocking up). The weather wasn't ideal, so we found the games room ideal (useful ping pong kit) and the Roku TV meant that apps could be easily accessed. Parking in the drive also very helpful. While we were a small group there would certainly be room for many more..a real bargain.

Lovely place, central location, it was near Petes Peir where you can snorkel with the manatees. The rooms were clean and comfy. The rooms were quiet. Only stayed 1 night wish we had longer to explore.
