The outside around the building had trash allove. In the parking lot an the grass area was unsat; Whe I went down for bresfast at 7;30 EVER FEW ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE.

The exterior of the hotel could use an update. We almost changed our minds when we pulled into the parking lot: however, we went inside and was amazed at the decor. The staff was very pleasant and helpful both that night and early morning. The place was just as good or better than more expensive places that we stayed on our trip from Phoenix, Arizona.
