You can truly call this place home. The hotel has 2 buildings with 4 rooms each. This allows the hotel staff to pay attention to each guest, avoiding the fuss. The meeting of us as guests was organized in the best way: at the agreed time, the driver met us with a sign and carefully escorted us to a comfortable mini-bus. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they waited for us and settled us immediately (I booked a room a day earlier, so as not to wait for the official check-in time from lunch). The room is very spacious, on the first floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. We spent the evening on the balcony listening to the sound of the waves. An important point: I have a rather capricious back and I was worried that sleeping on the bed would be painful. The excitement turned out to be in vain: a solid wood bed, heavy, with a good hard mattress and comfortable pillows. The sleep was amazing. Meals according to the "breakfast" system are quite varied: we never left hungry, and my favorite breakfast was avocado toasts and freshly squeezed juice :) The hotel menu is extensive, the food is delicious. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and does everything to ensure that guests from the first minute of their stay at the hotel are immersed in the atmosphere of "Pole Pole". The ebbs of the ocean did not bother us at all: we walked to the water and were already lying there before the arrival of high water. The only annoying thing is the algae, which wash up on the shore in large numbers. The atmosphere in the hotel can really be described as "family" - this is the exclusive merit of both the manager and the rest of the staff. Amazing vacation, just amazing.

We recently stayed at Alma Boutique Hotel in Zanzibar and had an outstanding experience overall. The service was top-notch—especially the garsons, who were super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant was amazing, offering a delightful array of seafood dishes. We would like to underline chef Ahmed. The manager was also highly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that guests felt welcome. The rooms were cleaned up on time every day, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff is supernice and helpful at all times. They helped us with several activities outside of the hotel during our stay. The pool area is beautiful, the restaurant is cozy and the rooms are always clean. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant everyday and it was great. Don’t forget to ask for ”today’s special” when ordering dinner. Once again, all the staff are great but a special thanks to MJ and Lissa. If you’re going to Jambiani make sure to spend a few nights at Zen, you won’t regret it! All the best from Elin and Jonathan.

This is a beautiful oasis in Jambiani. It only has 7 rooms which makes it a very quiet and peaceful experience. The staff are amazing, big shout outs to Alfonso and the lady behind the bar, and of course Marisa for tending to our every needs and Simone for his delicious food. The rooms are modern, breezy and clean with large balconies. We loved lounging by the pool on the day beds whilst watching the dog and cats 😊 less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend getting a massage here too. If you want a luxury, personal stay at a great price then come to Aurora!

The Hotel has an amazing spot: pieceful, but also close to Paje or Jambiani village. You can walk there on a beach or use any taxi (just 5 mins). Stuff is extremly friendly and let me highlight: they do everything for your pleasant stay. For example once I went out for diving, and they provided me breakfast meaningfully later , later than official brekki time ends. Or coffee even earlier, how restaurant opens, if you are an early bird. Really high appreciated these small flexible gestures! Not always can experience at each hotels…. Food is good quality (sooo much) and colorful : regarding daily fruits, veggies. Just ask! Also the owners have a cute dog , who makes even funnier the stay, like really at home. Last advantage: an official diving school right next to the Hotel, and a kite surfing shool 100 m far. Best spot, I shall go again for this hotel, highly recommended!

I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and garden were beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at this place to anyone who is interested in staying near Paje or Jambiani. The beach is only a short walk away, and if you have a car, you can easily visit the towns of Paje or Jambiani for more shopping and exploration. Additionally, the apartments have a kitchen, so if you would like to prepare some snacks or prepare something to eat, this is also possible. Finally, Paola and her husband were very welcoming and made us feel at home the moment we entered.

Great location, friendly staff, really good breakfast with changing fresh juice every day. bar is open almost all day long, the restaurant serves different dishes every day. both drinks and food at very reasonable prices. Beautiful outdoor area to chill (with attention to details!) with the view over the fantastic turquoise water. Would clearly recommend this place for your next stay at Zanzibar!

The whole place was amazing, the food was really good and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good food , good service and prefect relaxation. If am ever in Jambiani again I will definitely come back here
