We arrived after a drive over the Southern Cross Highway. They let us choose the room. All rooms were clean and nice, so the choice wasn't that easy. Then we went for dinner in the close town Chishang and afterwards we had the hot springs just for us. We were directly next to the river with them and were able to see the stars, while in a hot spring. The showers at the hot spring location (5 min drive from hotel) were also clean. We slept well and the next day we saw a beautiful big garden with lots of flowers around us (in winter!) and had a yummy taiwanese breakfast buffet just for us! It was wonderful!

A fantastic hotel in a convenient location, close to Brown Boulevard. The facilities were very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty (and accommodated me being vegetarian) and the free snacks were generous. Staff were really helpful and gave us somewhere to leave our bikes. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this accommodation. Central location, easy to walk to various restaurants, free bike rental, a huge gift basket with local rice and tea products, super clean, comfortable. When I had a small issue at the self check in, I messaged them on WhatsApp and someone came in 30 sec to help me out.

I love everything here. The owners Gina and Jason are AMAZING. They were so warm and welcoming to guests and made sure everything went smoothly. The atmosphere is wonderful, the location is near the station and convenient, and the views from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking. The place is super homey, super clean, and super comfortable. 10/10!

The location was very near to the train station and 7-Eleven. It had all the basics (including a washing machine!) and the host, Debbie was very nice. She spoke English and texted ahead to enquire on our arrival.

Very friendly staff and great accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back anytime! Free rental bicycles to scoot around the town.
