Room was lovely— spacious, clean, & overall had a very luxurious feel. Location is not bad too, as it’s quite near a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Alishan park, & is also near Eryanping trail if you want to catch the sunrise/sunset. Owners/staff were very friendly & helpful as well. Breakfast & hand poured coffee was amazing as well.

Breakfasts were generous, varied and tasty. Our hostesses were friendly and very helpful in facilitating our sight seeing. One host speaks excellent English too. The location is picturesque and affords the opportunity for relaxing rural walks. The other guests also seemed to be having a good time, and were in the area for various reasons. While we got there fine by public transport+local taxi, it's probably best to have a car to stay at this B+B.

The property’s design is great, the photos here don’t do it justice. For sure it would have been easier by car, but we found it quite easily even traveling by bus. My only regret is that we stayed only one night. Eryanping trail is walking distance. You need to organise for dinner if you’re on foot because there isn’t much in the area, but the host is super friendly and welcoming and helpful. Also: by far the best breakfast we had during our 20 day trip in Taiwan. I’m gluten intolerant and this was an issue for many hosts, but she made us a super tasty congee that was just perfect. I will definitely recommend this spot to others traveling in Taiwan!

We loved everything about this BnB. A peaceful spot in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Chris and Mei are genuinely good people who went out of their way to make our short stay special. Chris took us on a night hike to see the fireflies which was an unexpected highlight of our Taiwan travels. Great spot to relax and find peace. We wish we could have stayed longer. There's really nothing to dislike about this accommodation if you have your expectations right. It's not a fancy hotel but it was everything and more we needed.

Sitting at an altitude of 1,300 metres, Alishan Tea Garden B&B offers a relaxing getaway in a memorable setting. The bed and breakfast is right next to Fenchihu Forest and overlooks Dadong Mountain.

This was by far the best stay we had in Taiwan. The view is magnificent and the surrounding tea farms and mountains are nice to explore. The terrace and the common spaces are great to slow down and enjoy the view. What makes this stay truly special is the kindness of the staff. They help with everything, driving us to dinner places and picking us up from the bus stop. You can really see that they care about the place and keep everything beautiful. You can also go to Alishan as a day trip so no need to stay within the national park.
