Perfect place for relaxing and skiing. Hotel is at 2200 meter and next to ski and other mountain activities. We were welcomed warmly and checkin was smooth. They offered free coffee as welcome drink as it was -3 degree when we reached. Rooms were nice and comfy. Hotel facilities are top notch - spa, swimming pool (including ourdoor), restaurants. About pool, We can go from inside pool to outside pool (warm water) and it was snowy and that made our day and visit successful. Food and drinks offered in restaurants are reasonably priced not inflated due to Mountain. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit turkey.

Very clean and quality fittings. Food was plentiful and varied - our compliments to the soup chef!! we loved every soup, and all the cheeses in particular. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea coming back from skiing. We LOVED the spa and hammam - highlight of each day! One day we paid for massages from Aya and Putu which were really the best massages we ever had! Thank you! Also really good was the shuttle up and down the main road making it easy to return from the gondola to the hotel.

The hotel is near the ski resort. There is a free shuttle to the slope available. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. All stuff were very nice. Great breakfast and dinner. Also. the bar was great. The hammam and dry sauna were free for the guests. I really enjoyed my stay :)

We had a great experience staying at Haussmann's place. He was incredibly kind and helpful, especially since we made a last-minute reservation. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, so instead of arriving at 1:30, we got there at 2:30 AM, but Osman waited for us and even came to pick us up at the airport! On top of that, he kindly dropped us off at the bus station the next day. He also allowed us a late check-out until 3 PM so we could catch up on some sleep, which was really thoughtful. The accommodation itself was spotless, everything was perfectly clean, and we had absolutely no complaints. A truly great host and stay

The property is exceptional, very nice staff, Bahar at the reception was very helpful she always happy to help, she helped us to check our flight status. The restaurant is very delicious and Eyup was very kind. There is a shuttle service every day to go to erciyes ski station so very easy to access the slopes

The location of the hotel is good, but it is a bit hard to find and the streets around it are confusing, so even navigation can get turned around. The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size for a family of four, everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was just wonderful, with very good omelettes and coffee.
