The host was exceptional and made us feel at home straight away. Accommodation was better than described and very comfortable. Location was in a quiet area just outside a town as we wanted. Breakfast was excellent and all home made to your request.

The location was great for us as we are on a road trip, easily accessible from the motorways. The rooms, clean and comfortable, the common areas well kept. The staff were exceptional, went above what was required from them to help our group of nearly 20 people including toddlers!! :D

I really think this is a top hotel. One of the biggest highlights is the staff: everyone was extremely friendly, from the parking attendants to the housekeeping staff and reception. You truly feel welcome here. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable soft beds and a good shower. The hotel has a great location right next to Tesco Lotus, which is very convenient. The swimming pool and gym are also beautiful and well maintained.

Very stylish hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. They even whipped us up some very delicious vegan breakfast on the spot. The location was perfect for us. Very central, right next to a mall, with multiple convenience stores left and right, and across the street from a night market, but strangely not noisy at all. Cleanliness was also top-notch. Everywhere from reception to restaurant to the room was absolutely spotless. The only downside was, from the pictures, we were expecting to have a balcony in our room. There was a balcony, however, it didn't have a door, so we couldn't use it. A bit confusing but not that big a problem.
