Had a most wonderful stay. Most comfortable beds and showers pressure we have ever had in Thailand. Staff went above and beyond in helping us checking late, getting breakfast earlier and getting transportation, which is difficult to get. The food in the cafe was delicious. I was initially worried because of the lack of reviews but this seems like a new hotel. The hotel didn’t have an elevator but staff helped with the luggage. Small and wonderful hotel that we would definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities, pool and restaurant are great. Wifi is good speed for working online. Even had Netflix which was a pleasant surprise. Beach is pristine, such a well kept resort that presents immaculately. Rooms are a great size with everything you need. Hot shower was great. Lovely breakfast included in very reasonable price. Definitely a great spot to stay wish we had longer.

The Kung Nok Tha Resort - a TOP address I highly recommend the resort!! We stayed there for a few days and were absolutely thrilled: The location directly on the small river is magical and the beautiful bungalows are built in a great bamboo grove. It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.

Amazing hospitality from start to finish. Fantastic food - we tried different dishes every night, all were so tasty. Loved the resort dog Bella, she was a great companion on beach walks and evenings relaxing. We hired a scooter from the hotel to do some pootling around the area and for shop stock ups. They even arranged our laundry to be done and returned to us for a very low rate. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location - even the bioluminescent plankton came along for our stay.
