I received a warm welcome from the owners. The property is not big but safe and very convenience to walk to the city center. I booked 5 rooms. Every room is clean with standard facilities such as refrigerator, soap & shampoo, hair driers, smart TV etc. Breakfasts, Thai's style, are nice and delicious. The whole experience was fantastic. There was only a slight hiccup in the beginning with some confusion about what the room offered online, however that was quickly fixed and with little to no complication at all. Host was on point with everything and was just amazing.
