Everything about this property was nice. It was fairly priced, spacious and very close to Kata beach, about 10 minutes walk. The pool was great too. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The manager was very polite and friendly. Housekeeping girls were polite and smiling. We will stay again.

everything! the hotel is so beautiful and clean, breakfast was wonderful! and the best thing is that there you can find a lot of restaurants and shops around, the beach is 10 min walk and if it is too hot you can take a shuttle from the hotel for free! if I will be traveling to Thailand again, I will stay only at Niranapa!

The room was clean and big. They would clean our room on daily basis and give us water bottles everyday. The location of the hotel is reasy to find and they have a restaurant downstairs, which we tried and had really good food. The staff was super nice and easy going and they were super helpful.

Excellent host and staff: Very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and unlike other stays that we saw in Thailand, everything in the room was working and functional. Location is good as it is not too far from the beach. The place has a lovely Italian restaurant. Perfect stay for a couple of days in Kata.

The wonderful Sam & Kee & their fabulous staff run the best inn/guesthouse I’ve stayed in - anywhere! Super chill place, extremely clean & comfortable rooms with all the details covered from blow dryer, fridge, laundry rack, kettle, shampoo etc. I stayed here in Jan 2024 & came back for 10 days this trip. 4 min walk to the beach. There is a toaster, microwave, toaster oven & condiments for guest use & they have bread, jam for toast in the morning! And tea, coffee hot water 24/7. The ladies who clean & look after the inn are special. I wish all the hotels & guesthouses were this welcoming. Sam & Kee are the very best.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we found it exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.
