The rooms are pretty clean, comfortable and well maintaned. They have 2 pools, which are big and pretty. The breakfast buffet is delicious and comes with a lot of options, but they don´t change them that much each day. They have a lot of events inside the hotel (most of them food-related) for those who just want to relax inside, as they also have a lot of tours in case you wanna avoid the hassle of searching outside and prefer to book with the hotel. The staff is professional and kind, always ready to help you with anything you might need or any doubts you have. They are well located, as they have lots of restaurants nearby and also 3 beaches at walking distance with the farthest one being just 20 minutes at foot.

A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The room was clean, big and had a little balcony. The bathroom was also a decent size and the shower was not too close to the toilet (like we've seen so far). We loved the fact that you can borrow for the day beach mats, beach towels, hats and umbrellas. The owners are nice, they gave us useful information about police checkpoints. There is a common kitchen/dining area where you can prepare your breakfast in the morning.

Kata Seaview Hotel was an awesome place. Loved the location. Super close to everything. Big room. Very clean. Super comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Liked having the mini fridge in the room as well. Big balcony (although my balcony didn't have much of a view facing the parking lot) The staff were awesome and super helpful. I liked the little pool as well - great for cooling off and chillin' out. All the beaches in the area are fantastic. SO gorgeous. Tons of restaurants, 7-11s and shops nearby.

I loved the theme of the property. They had everything including the pool, views and location. The family rooms are spacious and includes a balcony view. If you ask staff for a room clean or towels, they come almost immediately so you’re not waiting. The staff are friendly and very warm to children. They have free parking for guests and have fruit stalls, ATM and main street shops right next to the resort. It’s a very family friendly resort. It was very easy to hire a car nearby and drive around on the road.

The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach, and it has free parking (but you have to drive up a very steep slope). It is fairly quiet, because the rooms are on a hill slightly off the main road. Rooms are decent.

As a positive feature I can mention a good location and good Wi-Fi. The hotel is located near the beach, there are a large number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, in general, the tourist infrastructure around is quite good. Free parking is also available near the hotel.
