This accommodation blew us away; I can't believe what we got for the price! Beautiful, large polished wood room raised above rice fields under the mountains. Views both ways with two balconies. A large shared balcony out front with seats and a coffee table, and a small balcony out back, looking over more rice paddies. A fantastic cafe directly underneath/next door and extremely kind staff. One of the young men cooked our dinners by himself, and they were both quick and delicious. The shower was hot, and there was a desk, mirror and hooks in the room, plus a large comfy bed. Coffee sachets are replaced or offered downstairs daily. The surrounding area is beautiful, we went on morning runs around the neighbourhood. One of, if not our favourite accommodation in Thailand and up there with the best of our four months across Asia so far. Would love to come back!

I loved this place! One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! The property is beautifully decorated with flowers and garden ornaments and it is so well kept! There are so many places on the property to sit in the sun and enjoy the surroundings. It’s so quiet at night and feels very private as you have a terrace and a balcony! The room itself is very well equipped with a fridge and a really nice shower. The owner and his staff are so kind and accommodating, they even gave us fresh fruit and pastries on a few of the mornings, it is the little things like this that we appreciate! We felt so welcome and comfortable and although we stayed for almost a week, I could have stayed longer! The price was also very reasonable and they offer to clean your room daily, every morning we woke up to toiletries and water hanging on our door! The property is in an ideal location, very close to Mae Sariang town but also not too close to the centre, lots of beautiful temples nearby and fabulous views of the mountains. 100% recommend!

Everything is perfect - the rooms are very comfy with very nice private bathroom. There’s a nice common area/ restaurant to sit down and enjoy the view. Overall, 10/10!!

Situated along Yuam River, River House Resort features cosy rooms with modern interiors. Offering free on-site parking facilities, it is a 30-minute ride from sunflower fields of Doi Mae Ho.

If could give hotel 11 o/o 10 i would. Was gamble to spend 8 nts, but turned out better than expected. All facilities met requirements, incl. shower which properly hot + super powerful - very refreshing. Whole trip mix of pleasure & work so location ideal as quiet for report writing, etc. for employer in BKK. Lovely view over river Yuam. Restaurant 'Coriander in Redwood' couple of buildings up for great meals. Think it's owned by same company. Also excellent roti stand about 200m further up. Not sure when opens, possibly 17.30 hrs., but closes 20.30 hrs. Mae Sariang is maybe awkward to travel to but definitely worth effort. We broke journey to MS by overnighting in Mae Sot and then for return to BKK in Kamphaeng Phet.

Location about 700m from main street. Quiet. Top notch accomadation. Great surroundings and pool was terrific.

Great location, right in the middle of town, so easy access to food and shops. Service station 1 minute drive away and 7 Eleven was 5 mins walk. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Aircon and fan worked well. Wifi was strong.
