Mary Boon's is conveniently located near the Sint Maarten airport. The rooms open up onto the beach where one can enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine during the warm sunny days of beautifully cool nights - with a drink from the resort's bar. My room was clean and comfortable with a fan as well as AC. I could also open the windows (without the AC, of course) to let in the ocean breeze and hear the surf at night. A small grocery store a short walk away sells beer, milk, tea etc. The resort has a restaurant and several other restaurants and stores are a short walk in town.

I loved EVERYTHING! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well presented. The room, specifically the bed was huge! The shower was fantastic. The room was large with a great tv, bed and kitchen area with everything I needed. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had to heads so it was like a spa. The AC worked really well and I was super comfortable and slept so well. The outside area was a nice space to just sit and enjoy a coffee. The pool was fantastic. Great size and warm even at 5pm! There was also another pool down by the beach. You couldn’t really use the beach for swimming due to the rocks but this really didn’t matter at all as there are so many amazing beaches close to the hotel. The location was superb! Loads of restaurants and shops close. And what topped it all off was the staff!! They were brilliant 🤩 helpful, happy and friendly…. They organised trips and a car for me. Always asked how I was, were interested in me and my day. Out of all the places I’ve toured in the Caribbean so far this location and hotel was my favourite! I truly loved it and can’t wait to got back. I also felt it was fantastic value for money, really reasonable price for what you got and the service they proved.

Debbie and Doug were amazing hosts! Room was cleaned everyday, they even did the dishes for us which was unexpected. Parking was easy, and the beach was practically empty everyday which made it feel even more exclusive. Beach front beauty.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. walking distance to tons of restaurants and cafe's. Underground parking and a rooftop pool. Staff was great, readily available on WhatsApp, very friendly and lots of suggestions on things to do. Apartment was gorgeous with a view of the harbor and town.

Spacious 2 bedroom Apartment. A little tired but hopefully in the process of updating. Car parking at front of the Apmts. Aircon worked fine and splendid views over the gardens and Bay. Good assortment of Appliances and crockery but no dishwasher.

Everything was as expected. Large rooms, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and view on the ocean. Hosts were charming, friendly and very helpful. Location is 5 minute’s walk from the ocean and free parking.
