Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

Was nice that we got not villa Horec, but hotel Hubert. Everything was in the same building. With child (3years) was very comfortable. Also we liked children activities, play room, animators (even if we do not speak slovakian) was very interesting and fun! , cinema with different movies every evening. Also we liked surrounding, horses, sheeps, birds and so on, like mini zoo - daughter really loved the place, so do I , and husband , too! Thank you!

Excellent location for hiking. Peter was exceptionally helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great advice. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable and about 5/10 mins into Starý Smokovec. The tram, a mini market and Italian restaurant are all about 2 mins from the apartment. Highly recommend and hope to return.

firstly everything you could want from a family hotel, everything was very good. And breakfast also was good. Secondly, the owners, who had every reason to reproach us, the guests, with incorrectness, did not do it. Although it would be better if they did :) Because the feeling of guilt remained. The hosts had to wait until 23:10 until we returned from the mountains, and no matter how hard we tried, we simply could not come running earlier, because we were going through the Priecne Sedlo pass, which, given our age and state of health, we should not have done. Do not do as we do, please, and many thanks to the owners.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Fantastic location for people with car - free parking. Wonderful views on mountains and each room had balcony. We had 3 rooms between us all spacious and clean. Great choice of breakfast. Grounds filled with animals - making stay more enjoyable. Thank you to friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. 5* - fully recommend

An amazing apartment that has everything you might need for a shorter or longer term stay. It looked as if the family themselves had lived there, so it was very comfortable and didn’t lack anything. It was in a great location - a walkable distance from Stary Smakovec, but a lot more quiet. Even though we had neighbours it was impossible to hear them, i guess the soundproofing is quite great. There’s also free parking right by the door. I really enjoyed the pdf document with all the necessary information on the day of the arrival.

I had a big apartment on the upper floor - the roof one. The apartment if equipped with great accuracy, everything is very clean, modern and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped with literally everything and even more, including the utensils, pans and pots. Two separate bedrooms next to each other and enormous sitting room with kitchen and dining area. Free parking is near the hotel. The apartment is equipped with automatic roof windows that close when it starts raining. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it.
