Ulrika was a warm and welcoming host. Super cute place in lovely surrounds. The decor and vibe were perfect 🫶. We felt at home and were sad we couldn't stay for longer. Breakfaat had everything we needed, including fresh local eggs. We will stay here next time we are in the area!

Our stay at the HouseBoat was an absolute dream. The view from the deck is breathtaking at any time of day, but especially at sunset—it felt like the entire lake lit up just for us. Being able to enjoy that view from the jacuzzi on deck, with music playing through the excellent sound system, created the perfect mix of relaxation and atmosphere. We also loved the location. It feels private and peaceful on the water, yet it’s only steps away from the Steam Hotel, cafés, and everything Västerås has to offer. That balance of calm and convenience is hard to find, and you’ve truly created something special. The boat itself is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Every detail has been thought of, making it easy to just settle in and enjoy.
