The staff were just wonderful - the owners worked so hard to make our trip special. My daughter's birthday was the day after we left but they made sure she felt special. This is a great place for families, solo travellers and those travelling for work. Highlights: exceptionally clean, a lovely breakfast, a characterful property and a great location for museum and bus station.

This is a magical place to experience Rwanda. The road can be a little difficult but managable. We stayed with our family in the cosy houses and made wonderful memories with the children of the village. The dry toilet and bucket shower add a rustic touch to the experience in the comfortable and spacious cottages. The best part of our stay was the wonderful host Francoise and friendly staff. It made the experience truly unique and memorable. We went back a second time because we enjoyed it soo much.

Pierre is a wonderful host, completely gentlemen and educated man. The conversation with him is very enjoyable. He has a passion for African art and very eager to tell you the stories about his African art pieces. The place felt like a homestay/museum stay more than a hotel. He took us to Nyanza and Rwandan history museum. He was very helpful with other stuff that we need to manage. I would definitetly recommend to stay there. Food was also very delicious. I recommend having your dinner there.
