Food is very good. Planting alongside rooms is beautiful. Rooms are separate villas and are huge. with excellent bathrooms, also huge. Staff are extremely helpful. Good location near to national park. Quiet. Spa will be a great addition when it opens.

The place is central. The water is hot and the rooms are clean. We didn’t have breakfast. But I truly believe the staff makes the stay and Eric was genuinely incredible! Absolutely brilliant hotel. We could not have been made to feel more welcome by all the staff. The accommodation was really comfortable and we really appreciated all the little touches like the hot water bottles and fire being lit in our room at night, to keep us cosy. The staff could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and come back here again.

Wow! This was so amazing. Loved the sheets of the bed but mostly the amazing staff. The two bedroom apartment was for us bizarre so well done and beautiful. Washing available, nice setup to eat with view of the vulcanoes.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even preparing a delicious picnic lunch for our early trip to the national park. I absolutely loved this place. Felt like home away from home. The place was quiet and spotless. Patience, the owner was very communicative, helpful and extremely friendly. There was also a kitchen to use and Patience can also prepare for you very nice meals for affordable price. Drinking water was also provided. Only 10-12 minutes walk to the centre, bus terminals, supermarkets.
