The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Every detail had been carefully considered to create a tranquil and comfortable environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amazing spa. Situated amidst the serene mountainous landscape, the spa offered a range of luxurious facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, like indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna and more other. The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The whole family loved staying here. There is a garden for the children to play in, our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains, a big dining area, spacious bedroom and a hot tub that can be hired. It was also very close to the ski resort.

First of all, the owners are 10/10! They were very friendly, helpful and kind (and we were not ‘easy’ guests 😅). Then, everything else: good location, clean, comfy, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, Netflix 😂 Ah, and the greatest thing is they accept pets! We came with 2 of our dogs.

Very big, spacious and clean rooms, very nice location with mountain view and big parking, very good breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We initially planned to stay 4 nights but due to weather conditions we’ve shortened our stay to 2 nights and the hosts contacted booking.com to get a refund. They have a ping-pong table which was really nice.

Castelnor is nicely located at the entrance of the Paltinis resort, a nice place to disconnect and relax and close to some ski slopes (few min by car to 'Arena Platos' ski area). The place is quite a nice blend of classic and modern, with a nice Spa area and pool downstairs, offering nice quality massage options as well. The rooms look nice and very clean, bathroom has walk-in shower and quite modern. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety of quality food. There is parking included for guests.
