Rented whole house so nothing was shared (i.e. we had sole use of all facilities). Great facilities, including wood-fired hot tub, table tennis, swings, wood-fired pizza oven, firepit. We didn't use the sauna and it was the wrong time of year for the swimming pool. Host was lovely and very helpful, he could not speak English but used a translator app on his phone.

Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

The room and the whole building were very clean and the staff was one of the friendliest I met during several vacations. I was most impressed by the impressive breakfast buffet, which with its rich selection almost approaches a 4-star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Health Spa Hotel in Sovata. I came here with my wife for a few days of relaxation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The spa facilities are excellent – from the saltwater pools to the Cleopatra bath and the hydrotherapy options. We tried several wellness treatments, and the staff were professional and kind. The environment is peaceful and clean, and everything is very well organized, from the massages and therapeutic baths to specialized treatments like electrotherapy and mud wraps. The wellness menu offers a wide variety, and we especially appreciated the clear multilingual signage and helpful staff. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We will definitely return!

Turul Villa is located at the very center of Sovata close to the main attraction of Medve tó. The building is very nicely renovated and looks very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, we were even offered an upgrade and many suggestions regarding to what to do and where to eat and drink. If I ever come back to Sovata, I’ll stay there again.

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast! And the staff is lovely!!!) We are very happy! We recommend it unequivocally!

Food was great, we took three meals per day and it was never under our expectations. Soups are especially great. Would come back always there. Parking is difficult in the region, but we never had any issues to find a spot. Owner is very helpful and the hotel is located in the perfect spot.
