The staff was incredibly accommodating, I arrived around 9pm and was given complimentary crackers and bottles of water. In the morning, my scheduled taxi was unavailable so the owners drove me to the airport. Incredibly kind and welcoming people who provided a safe and homey overnight stay.

The hotel was fantastic, very modern and our room was upgraded to a suite in two floors. Of course we couldn't use so much space but it was nice anyway. Bedroom very comfortable. The swimming pool was good and the hot tub very appreciated. The views to the bay are also nice (although half of the view is towards the commercial harbour). It's not far from Praia da Vitória (walkable). Staff at the reception desk and at breakfast was very kind, enthusiastic and available. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely come back again to this hotel.

Very good communication with the owner. Beautiful and fully furnished room. The owner is very nice and wanted me to not miss anything. Beautiful location in the historical center of the city. Walking distance to the city center, but also to the airport (about 4 kilometers). I recommend!
