The Staff welcoming and polite From the guy who checked us in . I forgot his name but memorable face and voice. From the lady who checked us out ( for the procedure of double checking if anything left behind in the room ) also memorable face . I think if you 2 are reading this u know who u are . Thanks for a lovely stay . Up to 3rd October 2023 Also that included breakfast package with the room is value for money . The separate cost for Dinner also was nice at the Ground floor restaurant and at gelato bar . As for Fyzz Gastro pub American and Greek cuisine it's menu value for money and yum yumm I like it's Halo Halo . As for the separate charge for the hotel wellness spa massage centre thank Rochelle for the massage . I was originally concern about the toilet what I was gonna get but when I used it ok the plumbing works . So ok . Also the bidet included Was a bonus exceeded my expectation

Very nice place and very central to the city as we had to be close so was top notch for that only small problem was Its all 1 way traffic and the parking was on a different spot and not highly signed but if that's the bad was not a biggy

The team is courteous and helpful. Q Kitchen and Xake Japanese Lounge Bar are awesome restaurants; super value for money. The hotel is located at the downtown area which can get really busy but the good thing is, it has a parking lot nearby. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night.
