if you ever want to feel like you’ve been stranded on the most gorgeous deserted island, completely detached and unplugged from the crazy modern world, run, don’t walk to KooKoos Nest. my boyfriend and i are usually the type to adventure around a place, however, we didn’t leave KooKoos Nest for four days. we absolutely loved it and never felt more relaxed. the owners, james and nikki, are also the kindest sweetest people who have amazing adventure stories. before arriving, i had tried diving and found it stressful and overwhelming. nikki offered to take me out and i discovered a love of diving. cannot recommend enough. oh! and the sunsets are to die for.

Very nice, spacious room in lovely garden setting. Staff very friendly. Menu somewhat limited, especially if you do not eat pork, but very nice food nevertheless. Good swimming beach.

It was the best accommodation on Philippines we had during our stay. We spent in this beautiful house whole week and we love it there. Clean, space full, moderne equipped, etc. Definitely in case we would arrive to this locality we would stay there again!!!! There are some "cosmetic" details which could be better - for example the kitchen directly in apartment is not for cooking and you have to use second kitchen which is primarily for house owner, but you can use it anytime. Or shared space in big fridge in rented part of the house. It is a bit strange system but we are "cooking fans" so we know that we are strange when we prefer to prepare own own food:-) and those things are really details.

Everything is just right at this place: The view, the pool, the room, the beach, the whole resort and including the price, all just right. An "especially" goes to the food, everything we ordered was delicious! Most of all: the staff, very friendly and super accommodating! Our kids loved the place. We all had a great time!

We loved being right by the beach, Food was very good and staff was great always there for any needs. And the laundry service was a bonus.

The personnel working at Kav's Beach Resort is very polite, friendly and helpful! The food is amazing. We tried multiple dishes in a few days and were never disappointed. The resort is clean and peaceful and the rooms are perfectly fine too. The shower is nice and warm (hot). A big plus for me. Thank you to the people of Kav's Beach Resort, we really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best accommodation experienced in the Philippines ! Villa is vast, has good vibes, everything feels new. The master suite is very large. Environment is quiet and conducive to good sleep. Direct access to the sea and good corals makes up for nice snorkelling, with varied marine life, including turtles. Great new scooter available for rent. Last but not least James and Jesse and great hosts, never felt constrained.

Our family of six, including young kids, had an amazing stay at Salum Dauin Resort! The villas were perfect for us—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is stunning, with a relaxing atmosphere and a perfect location. The dive spots right in the backyard were a huge plus, and the open lawn provided a great space for both kids and adults to hang out. The pool was a great size, and the entire place was beautifully set up, both day and night. The hospitality was exceptional, and our Aussie friends who stayed with us also had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this resort for families and groups looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
