The location, the view and the restaurant is great. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. Breakfast is tasty. But the most important thing is that despite the bad weather we had, they helped us a lot, without the great staff, we would have stuck on the island because it wasn’t easy to find out which ferries were cancelled and which ones are not. They were informing us about all the details, and when the weather became better, they arranged us activities. Richard, the owner is awesome, he put a great team together. You feel like you are their most important guest, even when they are fully booked. This is not just a hotel, this is a resort when they are really there for you. Thank you everyone!! Hope to see you again :)

When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Vernon, he showed us to our room and made us feel at home from the start. The room was very clean and modern with all the facilities to a high standard. Throughout our stay he made sure we were happy and kept the purified water topped up for us to use. He gave us a detailed explanation of what to do in the area and even took us on a hike which was very enjoyable. We are so grateful to have chosen to stay at your place. Thank you!!

This is a small hotel ran by mostly family with a few staff. This gives the hotel a very comfortable and homey feel. The breakfast options are all delicious especially the tocino and longganisa (they don't use red food dye!) All the staff and owners are wonderful and my family had such a cozy stay. The shuttle service to the beach was always available and the staff went above and beyond to help me get a cake for my dad at 11pm at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minshuku KCS Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, polite, and hospitable employees who made us feel right at home. The menu is reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality of food served. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and it was the perfect way to start our day. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, which made it an ideal place for total relaxation. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services at a very cheap price, which was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our experience was the reliable service provided by the hotel’s staff. We ventured to a very far location, and our knowledgeable driver went above and beyond by not only ensuring a smooth and safe journey, but also serving as our tour guide along the way. We also had the joy of celebrating New Year with the wonderful staff. It felt like a warm home away from home, as everyone joined in the festivities and made the occasion extra special. Beautiful property, location very good for what I needed. I even kept extending day by day and when I couldn’t extend any more due to them being fully booked they provided me a free shuttle to another hotel few km’s away. The guy and reception was super friendly and helpful too, and they do amazing pancakes.

if you like a quiet place to stay it's a perfect spot, though u might have to traverse if you want to find food, there is a couple of nearby eateries but they close before 8pm. The hosts are also willing to cook for you at anytime which is a big plus!

The ambiance. Food. Location. Night swimming at the pool under the moonlight and relaxing sound. They have parking which is best for tourist and travellers with car. Especially to avoid the congested sabang puerto galera at the center nearby beach. Very accesible. The services and amenities they offer at their given rate are the best that i have seen in Puerto Galera so far.
