Coffee and tea were provided. Lucy is very friendly. She offered to buy me food but i went out to buy with her instead. Very homey, it's home away from home. It's a good idea to turn that old house to a homestay, some antique collectors items inside.

The location is in a quiet area of Vigan Mestizo District; a leisurely 5-minute walk to Calle Crisologo. It's also a stone's throw to First Sinanglawan, where I had a nice breakfast of sinanglaw and arroz caldo. The amenities and facilities are quite standard for a boutique hotel, but what I really love is the very big space of the accommodation. The property owner is also very responsive to our needs and is very accommodating.

Authentic ancesstral ambience and the Ilocano breakfast made our stay peefect! Not to mention, the location! It was in one of the side streets about a block away feom thw busy and noisy Calle Crisologo but with a convenient walking distance to where the actions happen.
