Beautifully clean house with a wonderful view over the water and mountains. Really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace for sunset and breakfast. Sally was so friendly and helpful, she was a great host! There is also an ‘honesty store’ with snacks and essentials. Would highly recommend a stay at Whitehaus :)

Hosts. Place is run by great, warm and welcoming family. We feel much more like visiting old friends, than rent a room randomly choose on booking.com. We spent fantastic time together. Owners are exceptional guides through Philippine culture and local area. Huge bonus: friendly daughter and dog with big heart. We highly recommend this place for everyone, who wants to meet someone special not just looking for bed for a night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious and clean, with some nice decor. We bought breakfast stuff at the local market and made our own breakfast each morning. The private pool is a nice addition, it's small but great for a dip, and at night they have some funky lights they turn on. If you want to swim laps, there is a bigger pool 15 seconds away, which is also very nice. The aircon is only in the master bedroom but it works well. We took the ceres bus here and it dropped us off right at the gates which was very convenient. Even though you are right by the main road, it's still quiet at night. It's the perfect location for chasing waterfalls. Inambakan was the farthest away at only 25 minutes! The closest was 2 minutes away! We would go visit waterfalls in the morning (having some of them completely to ourselves) then relax by the pool in the afternoon. We also rented a bike from them for a fair price and it worked well. The owners got back to us with anything we needed. For the price, it's a great value for money. We are travelling for 2 months in the Phillipines and this has been one of our nicest stays. We've stayed at places that cost more and we're much worse quality.

We loved our short stay in Ginatalan at the cabin. Edelyn was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. She also waited a long time for us to give us the keys as we had terrible signal on the drive from Cebu city. We arranged some trips to nearby waterfalls and visited the local town for ingredients to cook our dinner ourside on the porch. The cabin is very nice and has everything you could want for a few days. We especially liked the chilled atmosphere and rural vibes of the location.
