Exceptional value for money. Location is convenient being close to the airport and the Salalah Gardens mall and not too far from the city centre. The rooms are full apartments with bathroom, living room and kitchen which included a washing machine. Although some of the kitchenware may have seen better days, it is perfectly adequate and for the price (note: I was there in the low season) offers fantastic value. AC and shower worked well. Breakfast is included and is served in the apartments at a time of your choosing. The apartment was quiet. The manager, Anwar, was extremely accommodating, polite, professional and very helpful. I would definitely return the next time I visited Salalah.

Super positioned apartment rent with tidy rooms and super nice staff. Communication was excellent and they were always smiling and welcoming. I spent 4 nights in room 605. They allowed for early check in, the view from the balcony over the city at sunrise is just amazing and room was tidy with AC. Parking in front of the building is without problems and it's full of local restaurants and shops in the area. Walking around felt very safe although I was the only tourist all the time. Very close to bus terminus and car rental agencies. Top for low budget visiting Salalah

Communication was very quick and uncomplicated, even though we booked spontaneously just one hour before arrival. The location of the accommodation is excellent – everything is within walking distance.
