Nicola & Euan were exceptional hosts. Very attentive but left to yourself unless needed. Attention to detail throughout the accommodation. Welcoming fresh home made bread & condiments, eggs & tomatoes from the farm and fresh flowers on arrival. Nothing too much trouble. Ideally situated not too far from the vineyards and Marlborough Sound & very close to the Wairau river where we caught a Salmon and trout. Very comfy accomodation, especially the bed and even though it is next to the main house, it was very quiet. Huge range of flowers to look at and enjoy and wonderful garden to wander through.

Anglesea House Inn in Renwick provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge. The property has garden and inner courtyard views.

This was a great place to stay for two nights. We mostly relaxed and enjoyed the view from the property but we also met some friendly folks at the Woodburne Tavern and we loved our visit to the Omaka Aviation Heritage Museum. A continental breakfast of cereal, toast and yogurt was just fine and the hosts were congenial.

Loved everything! Our hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, but gave us 100% privacy. The property itself is beautiful and superbly presented with quality inclusions and furnishings. You feel instantly at home and we found it very relaxing. The amazing vineyard settling also helped, and being able to gaze up at the stars and Milky Way from the super comfy bed was breathtaking! Well stocked kitchen and breakfast supplies were appreciated as were the homely touches like fresh flowers and cookies and chocolates. A standout all round and we can’t wait for our next stay!!!
