This accommodation was a great stay for me in Auckland, and just excellent value for money! For less than the price of a hotel room, I had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and outdoors area all to myself, and all very private and peaceful. The host was super-helpful, and responded to any queries I had really quickly. It is located in a very local, authentic part of Auckland, only a short walk away from the metro station and bus stops, along with shops, eateries and a great local supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation had all I needed for a very comfortable self-catered stay in Auckland - thank you!

It had been a long time since a place on Booking surprised me this much. I stayed with my couple for 19 days in Flatbush Center point. The hosts are truly wonderful, kind, helpful, and always ready to offer the best tips for exploring the Auckland area. They have a lot of valuable local knowledge. There are also two adorable cats that make the place even more cozy. The location is perfect for discovering the surroundings of Auckland, for example, Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, Howick Historical Village or the Auckland Botanic Gardens. However, keep in mind that the city centre is over an hour away by public transport, so if your main goal is to visit central Auckland, this might not be the most convenient option. The breakfast was excellent and flexible, and the facilities were great. The room was very well equipped and everything was cared for in detail. They’re doing an excellent job. I saw some breathtaking sunsets from the garden terrace, and I truly felt at home from the beginning to the end of my stay. Thank you for everything S & R.

This accommodation was a great stay for me in Auckland, and just excellent value for money! The location is perfect for discovering the surroundings of Auckland, for example, Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, Howick Historical Village or the Auckland Botanic Gardens. However, keep in mind that the city centre is over an hour away by public transport, so if your main goal is to visit central Auckland, this might not be the most convenient option. This apartment is a private annex to the main house, in a rural setting just a few minutes from Takanini and Ardmore airfield. The hosts were very welcoming and have provided a quaint property with all the necessary facilities, including a/c. A pet dog and cat were very friendly and the horses provided a separate welcome. The continental breakfast was prefect. Parking was right outside. Highly recommended.
