Such an awesome property and great attention to every detail. Air conditioners even had extra air filtration units attached! The interiors were very well appointed and even had real Nespresso capsules! Hokitika was also a super cute town - totally worth a visit!

EXCELLENT. Lovely, find everything you need, everything for cooking facilities, even a dishwasher with powder , and an extractor hood ; very good location, very quiet , no noise, even if not far from city center which is walkable. Warm welcoming. Very confortable, Extremely clean, very good bed, large room lot of space. Nice bathroom with good quality and nice shower.

Our hosts, Butch and his wife were great . They were very helpful Doing the laundry was no problem. Thanks guys Oh yeah, the breakfast was plentiful also gluten free options were available 😀 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends
